Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of purchase, unless an item is listed as pre-order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received, followed by a separate email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
For international deliveries, postal regulations and restrictions may vary by country and region. We recommend reviewing your local delivery policies before placing an order.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to remote delivery locations, customs processing, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays and sales events.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during normal business hours, as a signature may be required upon delivery.
Commission is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if authorization has been given to the courier to leave the package unattended.
All orders are shipped from our New York City studio. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required to receive their order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information and estimated costs prior to purchase.
Delays in paying customs duties or import fees may result in delayed delivery of your order.
Returns
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging included.
If you receive an item you believe to be defective or damaged, please contact us at shop@commission.nyc within 2 days of delivery and include photo documentation of the issue.
To initiate a return, please email shop@commission.nyc with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with confirmation and return instructions.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with any accompanying accessories, including but not limited to hangers, dust bags, care cards, and authenticity materials. Original packaging and accessories are considered part of the product and must be included with the return.
Commission reserves the right to reject returns or reduce the refund amount for products returned with signs of wear, damage, missing components, or unnecessary handling that results in diminished value. Please package returned items carefully and securely in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or fees. If import fees are incurred upon receipt of the return, the amount paid will be deducted from the refund, and documentation of the charges will be provided.
A tracking number for all return shipments must be shared with shop@commission.nyc to ensure proper receipt and processing. Customers remain responsible for returned items until they have been successfully delivered to us.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
